INTERNSHIPS

Develop Leadership. Drive Change. Make an Impact. Become a WomenNC Intern.

At WomenNC, internships are more than résumé builders—they’re a launchpad for changemakers. Our interns work directly alongside nonprofit professionals, board members, and community leaders to advance gender equity, youth empowerment, and civic engagement across North Carolina.

Interns gain hands-on experience in research, advocacy, communications, event planning, and nonprofit operations—while developing the leadership skills needed to make a lasting impact locally and globally.
