Our signature Local-to-Global Event: An Afternoon Tea Fundraiser Honoring Emerging Youth Leaders brings together community members, supporters, and partners to uplift youth voices and invest in leadership, advocacy, and opportunity.

Hosted at the beautiful Naos Restaurant on February 22, 2026 from 12 – 3 PM, this event will feature:

• Afternoon tea and light fare in a warm, welcoming setting
• Youth-led presentations, highlighting student research, leadership journeys, and impact
• Juanita Bryant Legacy Awards ceremony
• A silent auction featuring curated baskets, local businesses, and unique experiences
• Opportunities to connect with community leaders, advocates, and supporters
• A chance to support youth leadership from local to global spaces

WomenNC empowers high school students, college students, and young professionals through mentorship, leadership training, advocacy, and hands-on nonprofit experience. Proceeds from this event directly support student scholarships and programs that ensure young leaders have access to the tools and opportunities they need to lead.
